Have a look in the top of the rad for bubbles when running which might indicate a blown head gasket. If you think not and oil and coolant are all in the right places I would make the effort to take off the rad and clean it very thoroughly inside and out. Sometimes the fins can be really choked with dust, particularly difficult to see if there is an oil cooler in front of the rad.
