Project 8 backhoe

Hello, i own a JCB 3cx 1992(non turbo)project 8, recently got him new hydraulic pump and engine rebuild. And now i have problem with backhoe. Tested pressure on front end and i got 240-250 bar at 1500rpm.. On backhoe i got just 160 bar at the same rpm,. And at the top of that i can do only one movement at the time with backhoe .. Any advice how to sort that out? Thanks in advance.
