Perhaps worth trying Simon Vicary he did seem to have a burnt grey cab. In the short term expensive by the time you mess about changing, painting and glazing but the glass doors were so vulnerable.

I've had no luck finding a door for a reasonable cost so intend to make a door.

Would anyone have a drawing showing the dimensions of a 3cx door, I will measure the opening but a schematic would be helpful.

Maybe a bit late, but I made a door out of perspex from ebay. Think it was 4mm thick, cost £75. used the other door as a template. Worked perfectly, but haven't gotten round to bending the bottom part. Will just heat it up with a heat gun.
