can anyone tell me which is the correct colour yellow for a jcb 3c mk3 1978

I can't give you the paint code but i can tell you that if you google in images JCB RAL paint codes it should bring a colour table up which shows all of the various shades of Yellow, i know the earlier Yellow was known a Lemon Chrome but i think the Mk3 was a slightly darker yellow.

Early stuff was lemon yellow.Then onto chrome yellow up to 1988.

I think its RAL 1003 Signal Yellow. The mk1 range was Traffic yellow 1023. And then the black cab 3CX's kicked off the chrome yellow RAL 1007. I could be wrong though.
