Help with fitting new radio

Hi guys I've recently got a new radio for my Jcb 3cx it's one with built in Bluetooth and USB I fitted it the other day but it doesn't work at all on the Jcb there's only a plus and a negative wire but on the stereo loom there's a plus a negative and a yellow wire the yellow wire is plus too it's to do with memory just wondered if I wire the red and yellow together would it work

should be key live to one of them battery live to the other ,as you say memory wire they can be both battery live just don't forget to switch it off.
