Yep, that's where the Moxy/Hymac 180 machines (180B, 180B Turbo, 180C WorkMaster) came from.

I have seen a brochure kicking around on eBay advertising "Komatsu-FAI" backhoe's. Did Komatsu buy FAI out or was it was one these partial-merger's like what happened with JCB & Sumitomo in the 90's where after a certain period, both companies went their separate ways?
