Engine oil

I know I should be using 20w20 oil in my 3D, but do you think 15w30 universal tractor oil would be ok?

Also anyone know the part number of the gasket for the cover of the hydraulic strainer under the near side step?

I would have thought that oil be ok.

The gasket part number is 106/82109
