JCB 3cx 1994. transmission oil leak on filter

Hi guys,
asking good people for help. I have 1994 Jcb 3cx that is leaking transmission oil on filter. I have change it twice, and leaking is still going.
Anny hints? please it is urgent....

What type of filter fitted?

Are the sealing surfaces clean ?,is the seal in good condition and not distorted ? is there a crack on the housing base ?
