Bought more work??

Post #1 by FOWLER MAN » Sat Sep 03, 2011 2:48 am

Hi,
I sold the two Hanix and the Sumitomo I advertised in the "For Sale" section recently.
Respraying Sumitomo for the buyer now.:|
I've also ended up with two part-exes, I've got to check them out and do anything thats needed before I can sell them on.
"And I thought I was retireing." ;)
I,m now the proud owner, (not for long I hope), of this 3CX and Taceuchi 07.
Anyone want them :?: :?:

Hi Fred,

Is that Paul Martins yard I see? How have you ended up taking the machines in part ex?

All the best,
Ashley

Hi IBH, Hi Ashley,
Yes IBH that is an old Chieftan 3 tonner, it belongs to a mate and my son is trying to knock it into shape for him.
We had it running ,and it all works. The engine had popped a core-plug into the timing case and dropped the water into the oil. We're having difficulty locating a head gasket for the Isuzu engine.

Ashley, It is Paul Martins Yard. Paul has been helping me move some gear on, he has the right contacts for that.
As for the part exes., it seemed like a good idea at the time. :) It got things moving, and I may even make a small proffit. ;)

Hi Mick,
I,m in South Wales.
The 3CX is full spec 4x4 turbo, 4 in 1 and forks, extending arm, good engine and trans, new kingpost and good tyres.
I need close to £6,500 plus vat.
Thanks.
