JCB 3C mk 2

Post #1 by wispa » Sun Aug 29, 2010 5:01 pm

Well shes got to go, The land shes on is being sold . I was hoping to repaint her and had done some stuff already but just know dont have the time. She looks a bit rough in places like bonnet and cab so was thinking of scrapping her to make it easy. Any ideas on what the scrapp value would be?
cheers

No not yet and yes it is a shame. Went over to her this afternnoon found she has a rear puncture not a problem as i have a spare wheel. Put a battery on, purge air out the lift pump, checked water and oil and she fired straight up little smoke but cleared in about 3 secs. Not bad considering she hasnt been started for 6 months.

She might not look that pretty but runs well and is as strong as an ox.
