Looking for information on Condor Scraper Please

Hi all, i have recently restored a condor scraper to tow behind my d2, can anybody give any information of where they were built and year of production etc, or know where i can find any info out, i have attached a picture if any help.

Can't help on the scraper besides having seen a few pics of them, but I'm curios about the double valve hydraulic setup?
Looks similar to a single valve BeGe unit I have but not sure.
