Does anyone know who's TS24 it was?

I can't remember whose TS24 it was, perhaps Tarmac EMD?It was on hire to us (John Jones) on the A417 Brockworth Bypass, but I can tell you that the step to the cab was added for the reconstruction.

They could've been Gravelle's 24's, they'd gone by the time I got there,(holiday/sick cover).
We had EMD's junk at Petersfield the year before, but it was really on its last legs.6 machines 3 drivers and usually 4 b/d!!

I worked for Fred Parnell driving a Volvo a35 on hire to john jones when this happened the scrapers belonged to gravellel plant from South Wales when they reanacted it they used a scraper from kelston sparks after this little incident every machine was properly isolated from battery after each shift

We're gravellels scrapers we had them on dearby southern bypass following season when I got on for john jones
