More scrapers from Oz

Post #1 by Stinger » Fri Sep 11, 2009 12:35 am

Here are some action shots of some of our scrapers at work.
I always love watching them, the best way to move the earth, without doubt.
In the right material, good operators and properly maintained, you can't beat them.
Some shots from various jobs we have had recently.

Great pictures, Gary. Is that a reservoir (dam) they are making there ?

The pictures are from a few different jobs including a mineral sands operation, some highway construction & rail infrastructure works.
We have just purchased 2 more 657G's and a D11T. I'll add some pictures when i get the opportunity to climb over them.

Outstanding photos stinger many thanks for posting!

I wish there were more large earthmoving jobs going on in the UK at the moment, scraper & dozer operations are a rare site here these days!

The front shot of the scraper getting a shove by the D11R is superb.

Regards

Thanks for the replies fellas. We are putting together a fleet at the moment for a big earthmoving job in QLD as my mate "Mr 84W" has said. So far we have allocated over 25 scrapers, 8 large dozers, an excavator & truck fleet as well as a spread of graders and compactors. I look forward to sharing some great pictures with you.
I have added some more pictures from my collection for the scraper lovers .............................like me!!
