That fowler look on the nose cone is quite common. Unusual choice of running gear, the pads look more like tank shoes.

Nick, I've only seen a small part of the former soviet republics......mainly where I am is southern parts Caucasus & Central Asia which "generally" is a drier and warmer climate with large areas of desert and I'm guessing they're not really in to "efficient" earthmoving as such....

MoAz also makes a roller based on this scraper as well. And a wheel loader with a dozer on the other end.
