Hi,
John Lock had a few of his 657s on an NCB tip job at Pontypridd with a Euc. C6 pusher circa 1972/3.
"Very Impressive." I wish I carried a camera in those days!!
My firm had a 68A D8 and a 36A D8 on that job. I remember going out at 5 o'clock one morning to adjust the main clutch on the 36A before it got too hot to handle. "Good ole days."

Great pics there, hindsight is a wonderfull thing if only i had a camera in the early late 60's & early 70's, i was reading somewhere that Neil Becher had gone overseas with some of his machinery can anyone confirm, he certainly had some nice pieces of kit.
