Martyn, I have just come back from the Netherlands, have been to Nooteboom Trailers Spectacular 4 day show, there was a Merc Titan there for sale, it was rated at 1'000 ton tractor as is, this would seem to be a common stock item for Nooteboom Trading, there was a few other tractor units with over 400 ton GVW capacity, plus loads of big chunks mounted up on trailers like 988 CAT shovels also wind farm kit, the first job I did today was on a Smiths mobile crane, parked near it is a Muir Hill-Winget lorry mounted crane snoozing in the nettles. tc

hello martyn,
it is nice to see the 66,s passing my home once more on route from tower to aberthaw,i was standing on the platform last night and i appreciate what you were telling me regarding the load gaugeing, the engineers cant balls that up or there would be big trouble, clearance was around 12 inches.

At the P/Boro Truck Fest show on the Scania stand will be 2 double drive 730's and a 140 LBS of Charles Russell Transport, I dont think I will go to the show as it's to many polished wheel nuts for my eyes.
