yes we did get the car moved eventually,it took an hour and a half from east pit to pontardawe a distance of 7 miles.once on the m4 it was plain sailing to southampton.as with all the valleys the roads are choca with parked vehicles.that is the last hitachi ex 1900 to leave the celtic fleet and have been replaced by a couple of komatsu pc2000 s.The larger excavators in the fleet consist of 3 rh120 s and i believe 4 pc3000s and 60 cat 777s along with a handfull of cat 775s.
