Hi Patrick and welcome to CMN great to see your photos and nice that you are among a few people that see more than the "its a job" attitude and take the time and trouble to take photographs.

Hiya, thanks for the welcome there mate
Well, what can I say, it's certainly not your average "loading here and tip there", stuff, now is it, and I'm a keen photographer hobbywise, like.
And it's fun to watch it all back in a couple of years, see how thing's have changed over the years, you can't compare the material we're working with these day's to the stuff they've used 30 years ago... and I for one do like to look at those "old" images, really was a hard job then...

You have shifted a vast array of stuff there Patrick
How long does the trailer extend ???
looks like 5 rows of 8 on the trailer so it would carry some decent weight

Re: V. D. Vlist
Hiya Paul,
Trailer doesn't extend that long, only 3m.
Technically the trailer was able to take weights up to 70t, this with an average speed of just 20mph. Normally I didn't load anything heavier then about 50t, due to permit regulations. Heaviest I've loaded on this trailer was 58t, wasn't such a problem for the trailer, the DAF was a bit struggling with it though, pulling 86t in total
