Yes its a concrete skip on the Ford, used where the job has a big concrete batching plant on site . Things like new motorways and runways.
Rarely seen nowadays.

The bridge collapse was at Boroughbridge late war or just after , two Diamond T 's of Pickfords , caused chaos because it was the A1 at the time!
Note the armoured bulldozer with Allied Star in the river helping recovery.
