The "Tombola" parked in a bit of a dip I think looks like its around the Chelenham area, the International Rescue crane (Richard Read Longhope) I have seen recover a fair few careless parked chariots, if Richard himself does the recovery he usualy punches the air when things come good like he has just won a medal, in the background is O'Conners JS, they cannot laugh at the tombolas Doom, as they have been winched out of merky depths plenty of times, usualy by the "Duke of Hazard" (Micky Paine) from my parish, the Duke pulls out the realy stuck beasts that would prove to dirty for the the International Rescue (Thunder-Bird 2) team .
