Having taken to keyboard before engaging brain... I didn't realise Mol had aquired Willeme.
Paul - Mol is a Belgian truck builder and it's difficult to get the idea that such huge trucks can come from such a small country.
There are pics on the net if you search for them but I didn't want to steal any.


SISU certainly did use Renault components until recently - Now use Mercedes Benz cabs etc.

Oddly, I was aware of Sisu trucks some time back but only discovered the MF connection about a year ago.
If a LandRover doesn't leak oil, it's run out.

The top pic of a guy on a cat 951 is of Walt Sears a demolition contractor from Blackburn who I worked with in the 70s and 80s,great memories. :brravo:

What is the significance (if any) of the silver or gold Bulldogs, and what does it say on the bonnet?
Can't make out what the AEC arrangement is. Take away the pipes and it looks like a wagon and drag, but with its load it looks like some sort of bolster system?
If a LandRover doesn't leak oil, it's run out.
