I need a jcb 3c to replace an ageing ford 555.looking for something to run around the yard around 15 years old.won't be going out on hire and would be happy to have either 2wd or 4wd.

Been a few on Ebay,have you tried Classic Plant mag ? There is the firm down the road from TC Tractors at Upton on Severn.They sell refurbished ones

Thanks guys,Have found a couple of 3c's about an hour from my yard.I am sending my dad with the cheque book so I hope he likes what he sees as I don't really know much about them.I will let you know how he gets on as I am away tomorrow to move a D8.
P.S the Ford 555 I have will be sold for spare as there is a major structural problem with the front axel.Will post some pics soon of the eyesore!!

went yo Ormskirk to see these two machines.utter dogs 
The seller gave no bulls##t or hard sell bet they really were rough as hell.Looking at another one closer to home.Machine and price is fair enough but not quite sure who owns it 
.I am doing abit of asking about as to who's the machine actually is.
Checked out martyns lead web site and have two machines in contention an '88 3cx 4wd at £7k and a '83 same at £6250,both belong to 'chris at Worcseter'.
Need to find someone breaking Ford 555's.need front axel and chassis casting(will post pics soon)or will sell it as is.

Managed to buy a jcb 3cx 1985 model.It's back at the yard now and has been serviced.It's a peach and only £6k delivered!.Also located the required bits for the 555 after following a lead from this forum Many thanks lads.
