Hi Jim, Have you tryed Rouse Hill tractors for that info? They don't deal in the excavators But seem to be more helpfull than our real genuine jcb agents:dizzy: ..Our machine is about 3 ton heavier , they would be too small for my machine . ian.

Hi Dave, Mate When you find someone who cares about their customers and knows what they are talking about ,i try to recommend them to anyone who cares to listen.When i ring the authorised dealers and they send wrong parts Won't return phone calls when the machine is broken down Refuse to give parts books and workshop manuals for the machine i have bought. I guess the dealer has slurred them selfs. When they organise a day to come and do work on the machine and dont bother to turn up or ring to say their not comming on more than one occasion .Do you think you could give them a shining recomendation? When the machine i make my living from is broken down and it takes over a week to come and look at it ,another week to try and work out whats wrong with it Another five weeks to to get a part,then another week to plug a new computer in.Then do five hours work to then have to take it back because it still wasn't right ,Wait 3 more days while they fight amonst them selfs because they don;t know whats wrong with it. I congratulate you if you work for a dealer who cares but i am afraid these ones don't..It does not fill me with confedence each day i sit in it wondering when the next major break down is going to happen and i am forced to have to deal with them again .ian.

Hi Ian.My comments were purely tongue in cheek mate but seeing your comments I know exactly where youre coming from! No dealer anywhere in the world can claim to be 100% on any aspect but it seems down under you have major problems on back up and service issues and there is no excuse whatsover in at least returning a phone call for example,I really do sympathise as it obviously effects your livelihood.Best of luck !.
