mobile cranes!

here was a mobile crane i spotted in the power station in plymouth the other day owned by a company called baldwins
i dont no much about cranes so maybe someone could add something about it!
sorry for the quaility it was a phone pic and dark :thumbs_up:

Second biggest in the UK!!

Just Noticed-The red crane in the background Is The Gottwald ak1500 1500ton :thumbs_up: :D :o :mrgreen: :insomnia: Biggest in europe i think! let alone the UK!

i have 2 more they are really poor quaility sorry about that! i was told that the red crane was used to lift the arch on the new wembely stadium recently? both the cranes on this job was working togeather to lift 500ton metal cooling sections in the power station but thats about all i no :thumbs_up:

The baldwins Crane is a Liebherr LTM1800D, 800t, its only an 11000ds if its fitted with a full lattice jib and derrick, and is this is the old ashleys from aberdeen and before that australia if i remember correctly

ALE Are bringing lotsa big lumps up from Devonport, for the power station project.
