I have a sharper picture somewhere, but I can't find it on this moment.
It could be an Smith 8 but most likely a Smith 7.

Never yet failed to spot old plant at a preserved railway , Embsay and Bolton Steam Railway have this Smith crane (without jib ) , next stop may be scrap though .
