Fuso Tadano TS75M Crane ( Classic ? )

Post #1 by XS650 » Thu Nov 16, 2023 2:46 pm

This neat little crane of 1996 vintage turned up near me to lift some steel beams in for a loft conversion.
( Lots of steel seems to go into any roof alteration work these days , assume building reg.s have changed. )
Reminded me of smaller Hydrocons.
To add to the flavour the street is full of 70 year old fishermens tractors mainly the indestructible Fordson Major !

Wow not many streets you'll see a load of tractors parked like that.

The fishermen have long enjoyed the easy starting of Major's, I can't remember where there was a town with over 20 in a parking square with the odd other tractor too. The Major is just so versatile!

The Fordson Major still reigns supreme in Redcar and Marske !
Around 50 still working I would guess .

I don't think any other tractor would be seen doing that with the Major so clearly still in full use! Probably difficult to come across a bunch of 50 tractors that are all the same basic design without Major's.
