Hi Gordon, I think we all like good pictures of most types of plant and equipment. Large mobile cranes have always been a fascination to me. Recently there was a railway bridge collapsed near Ely (close to where I live) when a ballast train was going over it. Network Rail had to build a few miles of road to get to the site (It's black fen there so it took a lot of ballast to make a road) and used a very large mobile crane to clear the site. The top of the jib was higher than Ely Cathedral, quite an impressive sight. Sadly I was unable to get close enough to get some pictures as they had closed off all access roads and paths.
So, please keep on posting, we appreciate it
