This has been parked jacked up on its outriggers for over a week in a layby on the A610. Not sure if it's broken down or what?!

May very well be broken down that's an expensive piece of kit to have sat in a layby doing nothing.

Maybe they have other things on their mind having lost all their O licences for the ballast wagons and the directors disqualified!

Wow now that's a revelation any idea why Angus? They do have serious problems then even though they could use contract transport to move the ballast the added cost to jobs could render them uncompetitive and ultimately close them down.

I don't think cost will be an issue considering what they are offering companies to move their ballast. Sad thing is there are companies out there that are stupid enough to work for those crap rates.
