Stopped by today and took a couple more pics. Makers plate on the boiler says built 1927.

I used to love working on the rail steam cranes when I was an apprentice with British Rail,we had three 12 ton and a 75 ton Cowans Sheldon based in Cardiff,they were very reliable and the biggest job we had to do on them were re casting white metal bearings and a rope change.
