I am told it is a Foden.
Here are some more. They are a bit faded and have been taken on a dismal rainy day, which doesn't help.

I'm not sure these would be classed as classic cranes, but here are some photos I took at the weekend of the construction of Hinkley Point C Power Station in Somerset.
