Allise Chalmers 5020

I have a 1984 Allise Chalmers 5020. I am trying to figure out why the bucket loader seems to be lacking power. It seems to work fine without a load but once the bucket is full the system squeals and will not pick it up. Can anyone help me with this issue please?

could be a pressure thing on the pump, I think there is and adjustment,do you have a operators manual.
could also be air in the system, check fluid level.
also do you have a good parts source for the 5020/5030
