Identification-help. Gm two stroke diesel tractor.

Hi!
I live in Sweden and have a machine, that was included in a lot of tractors.
It has a GM 2-stroke diesel, 3-71 I think it´s called, but I wonder if anyone could identify the tractor?
It was used to pull a ground improvement machine.
One tip I got was Seaman-Maxon. They have some pretty similar machines, but I havn´t found one like this.
I also found out that MF 98 and Chamberlain super 70 and 90, had GM diesels, but mine doesn´t look like them at all.

This one was used by a Swedish company, Skånska Cementgjuteriet, now SKANSKA.

Any information about this machine would be appriciated!
