Hi all,
have a case 1030 for driving a mixall but needs some things fixed. The inlet manifold heater seems to have never worked making it near impossible to start in winter without winding the guts out of the starter for minutes which is on way out now. They dont seem to make them anymore for this tractor, would a heater from something else work ? tia Paul.

Hi Paul I'd be tempted to take it out and see what thread it is then see who else makes one a similar thread that would fit the inlet manifold.

Hi Jeremy,
just hope it wants to come out without snapping manifold being in there for 50yrs, not looking forward to it at all, think might start crc on it everyday for week or two first. maybe this one will fit & ill be happy, https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Replacement ... ctupt=true

Hi,
Cross reference says you have the correct plug for the 1030 there. If you want the thread details and dimensions to check see below.
