How to find out what year B414

I was wondering if anyone knew how to figure out the year of this tractor. The guy who sold it to me said early 70's but google says the tractor was only made between 61-66.

By the tractor's serial number. Refer to the introduction on Page 2 of the manual for the location of serial number.
