Heres some pics ive taken of a pair of 16G's working near where i live!There working on an opencast thats just begun. I dont know who owns them. I have to say i have never been interested in graders but i was quite impressed with these!
I have one more but photobuckets playing up tonight and im in need of my pit! Ill post the others tomorrow!

I saw a video on CAT.com on how the new controls work on the new M series machines I bet it would take a bit of time to get into it. No steering wheel just the joysticks.

Suprisingly, guys who have never driven a grader before have picked it up in a couple of hours, its quite intuative once you sit down, the problem comes with an old hand who has spent years "playing the piano" then tries to sit there with just two levers..
I drove a 14M through our local carnival last year and had no troubles at all, even winding down the side streets.

they belong to hall construction joe, a heavy construction and mining firm from county durham up here in the north east, they have a lot of heavy machinery working throughout the uk.
