Thanks! That picture was taken in the Rural Municipality of Saskatchewan about 120 miles west of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I'll post some other old iron ASAP.

I found this motorgrader by a local tractor dealer in the Netherlands.

Hello,
Just a couple of A-B grader photos, The orange one was from the mid 1970s and the
yellow one was from mid 1980s.

Cheers Fred - you keep finding all sorts of classic stuff to post  Wish id took more photos back then in 70's and 80s as saw allsorts of machines about & you could get on sites easy - no fences on a lot of them.

The second one must have been quiet new then in the 1980s I recall some of the local pits having graders to trim the haul roads and up to the spoil heaps and one year when it was bad weather it was out clearing the roads along with loading shovels as the council could not cope.

bob wrote:took some photos today of an aveling austin grader not sure how old but I would think nineteen fifty's as I drove aveling barfords in the nineteen sixty's so they had change name by then . note the steering handle you had to just tap the lever not hold on to it. I saw the grader working last year
