Galion 118 brakes

Gentlemen:
I am the proud owner of a Galion 118. It runs great but has no functioning brakes, they were working when I purchased the unit several years ago. My problem is that I don't have a shop manual for it and don't know how to get to the brake drums. i have been told that the wheels are "pressed" on and if that is true then they must be "pressed off" I guess
So if there is someone out there that has had problems with brakes on a Galion 118 I sure would like to hear from them!!!!
