Pleeeease tell me what it means!
£ 1.09 per litre? Wow, that´s expensive. We pay about 10-11 SEK / litre and the first 20% are Moms (I think it´s something like your VAT) and businesses get the moms back from our tax governments (but we have to pay the same percentage to the governments from our customer bills). So our actual cost is about 8-9 SEK equalling about 0,6 -0,7 £ per litre. I think that´ll be 60-70 pence, isn´t it?
But we still complaint about our 10-11 SEK per litre. Some of us are never satisfied.
And I´m really surprised that you measure fuel in litre. I had expected pints. Or fluid ounces. Or 1/64 cubic yard or whatever strange units you have.
Laughing by myself when eating sunday breakfast.

There is talk of the fuel protests starting up in two weeks.Tax on fuel needs to be cut,also we will have high food costs due to poor crops.Looks like a hard winter!!!
