The Beaulieu Monorail

Post #1 by hair bear » Sun Aug 07, 2016 10:51 am

Here's a question for the anoraks among us, having just spent a couple of good days at the Beaulieu museum and several trips on the monorail I'm absolutely sure that at sometime in the past the train travelled in both directions through the roof of the main building with a crossover in the middle but I can't find anything on t'internet to prove my theory. What did come up though was just a snippet that the train was closed in 1996 after some sort of accident, so are the accident and the track change connected or an I making 2+2=5?
And discuss...
If a LandRover doesn't leak oil, it's run out.
