Might be something to do with the fact that I know Nick Drew and we were both registered with Holgers Swedish site Maskisten.

I can't remember, may have picked a link off another website
Glad I did that,as this has turned out to be a good site. The key factor for me is that it covers all types of plant and makes.

I can't remember but i was getting increasingly bored with the Acmoc and Antique Machinery websites as I ended up trawling through too many 'my 1923 D2 magneto is broken' threads.I still visit them from time to time and do find some good threads though.I suppose everyone has different tastes and I am sure some of our members on this board get very bored with my D8 or scraper threads. My only worry on this board is keeping it going with enough context. The admin guys do a thankless job of trying to keep it going and I take my hat off to you
Let's all keep up the good work to ensure that this site remains a good one. :D

Thanks for the compliments Nicky,

I am very confident that CMN will continue to grow from strength to strength, we only have to look at the success of our Sister site Maskinisten to see what can be achieved :P

These sites are only as good as the members that take part in them and we have some amazing members so please keep up all the good work

Nick ;)
