Well done lads, it sound like you are all doing pretty well, cycling is great but a good fast walk is good for you as well, i am always racing around on foot and i always run up and own stairs as well it all helps to burn calories.

I reckon there should be a free T-shirt from Holger for whoever looses the most weight before the summer!

Well done lads my sentiment too must confess that I have stacked the weight on a bit recently and am fast coming to the conclusion that despite trying to half heartedly diet I may just need to get my push bike back out too

Oh I'll ask Holger about the tee shirt but I can tell you I don't intend loosing that much weight good job I decided not to bother renewing my HGV 1 a couple of years back when I hit the big five 'o'
