Things you say come out wrong.

I was up at Malvern show last year looking round the tractor stalls.I was looking for an exhaust weather flap for one of my machines.On the table there were a selection of weather flaps but too small for my exhaust.I asked the lady serving at the stall."Do you have a three and a half inch flap " she gave me a funny look

I returned from the pub the other night as I had been told to make myself scarce due to my wife having a girlfriend over for a few drinks that had just been dumped by her long term boyfriend.They were well cut by the time I staggered through the door and were talking about their fantasy men(Brad Pitt,Tom Cruise etc,etc).They asked me what my fantasy was(stupid question as I was around the eight pint mark)and I said 'the pair of you after I've had some toast!'
......apparently it wasn't the reply the wifes friend had expected
My wife thought it was funny but her friend didn't.
