Ok then, same man (don't ask) has a terex 72-51 shovel with torque converter issues, allison transmission with switchable to direct drive?
TT4420 or TT4720 transmission?
any experts on here, already asked question on an aged plant forum.

Main big noise on the forums seems to be 'tctractors' in Worcester, the T seems to be for tony, does anyone know him?

That tctractors is a right pain, those Terex shovels often spit out the flex plate the can (Torque) is screwed to, if he wants it fixed I can sort it.

i have one on a 3cx that needs changing it has a nasty crack through it after the bolts came loose
