No sometimes folks just browse posts, they don't always reply, plus sometimes they may not know the answer to the question. While I can picture the Taylor Woodrow lime green in my mind I don't know the RAL or BS number so I cannot say, its the kind of question that only somebody who worked for the company or sprayed their kit may be able to answer.

If you put in a google search, Taylor Woodrow lime green livery it brings up a couple of Ads and articles on EFE models ERF lorry in their colours which you may be able to match from the pictures. I can remember it was'nt a deep lime green it had a hint of yellow in it, i have some pictures of their tower cranes But not really close up.

Hi Andy,
Have you thought about taking a photo along to an automotive paint supplier. I use one locally who will always spend some time to get a mix just right. I pay a premium price for the rattle cans he makes up over the likes of Halfords, but I'm happy as the colour is just right for me. Had this with the red for an O&K - the RAL code looked too 'orange' straight out of the mixer and he spent the best part of an hour adjusting the mixture bit by bit until it looked just right.
As an aside, he's also given me some great tips on painting. One which I never thought would work is black primer under red top coat - makes the colour leap out!
Regards
Richard

PS - if you do manage to find out the right code or something near, I'd be interested to know what it was too!
Thanks

Hi Andy,
I've got some pics of Taylor Woodrow kit - am on holiday at the moment - so you'll have to wait until next week till I can load them from my portable hard drive or failing that look on my Flickr page under the set 'Nadins and High Cross OCCS'
