1:50 Mammoet LR1280 c/w brass pulleys

Post #1 by Paul R » Sat Apr 12, 2008 1:38 pm

Dear all,
I received my LR1280 during the week. One quick email later and I had a set of Tim Clamps pulleys turn up this morning (Saturday). After about 1hr, here are the results:

This kit is really easy to install, with the exception of the lower pulleys on the luffing jib frame. Careful handling of a drill is required!! But apart from, very straight forward. This crane has also received Musky Master. I may get it rigged over the weekend but as I lack space to put it I am not sure if I will.

For anyone who has the LR1280, I highly recommend Tim's kits and also Musky Master!

Thanks for looking,

Paul R
