Seeing as I could not get trackinks for love nor money for this I decided to weather it and sit it in a Dio broken down.
It's been there for a while!
I removed the paint off the blade and ripper and gave it a dust wash and added some real dust mixed in with the wash to give it some texture. It also got a bit of a rust wash here and there.
Here are the photos. I would welcome your comments.
I weathered my 1st gear Komatsu D375.

Cheers all.
Joe, I probably will stick a bit more dirty grease around the grease points and pins.

Excellent. Blade very good
Perhaps a slight damp stain around one of the rams and could you make the fitted track sag slightly?

Thanks for the comments peter. I will see what i can do with the saggy track!
New display case base done for the 375. Put some gravel down with track marks in and added some boulders and a pile of waste. Put a bit of grass in there with some gorse bushes in flower. As always there are some off cuts of conveyor laying around!
