Re: Volvo BM A25C ADT
I was on a job last october where we hired in a Volvo A25D from local plant hire firm Long Eaton Plant Hire, On one of the days i spent the whole day riding round in the cab due to the horrendous weather outside. I asked the guy driving it what he thought of the new adt's compared to the old ones and he said the new ones were a hell of a lot better but the visibility of the new ones was limited off the the side due to the wider engine curved engine cover on the new ones.

Re: Volvo BM A25C ADT
A couple of shots of an A25C at work when The Sage in Gateshead was being built. From what I recall, it was being loaded with an Akerman EC300; which was significant as it was both the first Akerman I had seen with the EC designation and the last Akerman machine that I can recall seeing.
Apologies for the rather bad pictures, these are scanned through my old scanner which has trouble these days dealing with higher resolutions.
To be honest, at least aesthetically speaking, I always preferred the Moxy trucks or perhaps the bright green livery of the old Terex units.
