Moxy 5222B transmision

Hi all I am currently using a Moxy truck for the first time. The transsmision has a delay of about 4 seconds between first and second then 8 or 9 seconds when you go to third.Once the pressure has built up it runs fine.Has anybody any experience of what is normal.The pressure guage runs at about 10 -12 when in gear then drops when you shift.The green band on the guage is about 15-16 it never reaches this pressure.Cheers Jon
