Benford LE dumper

Any ideas where I could get a drive belt for a Benford LE dumper ? Or what length it should be , if I could get one made ?

Is that the belt that is used in place of a conventional clutch?? I think I may have one . It is from a Benford 15cwt with a Petter ava1 or PH1 engine.
