My guess would be early 70s. Described as rigid frame, implying that artics where available. Not many 2 wheel drive dumpers from late 70s on. Plastic moulded seat, from when did they make an appearance?

I was thinking early 70s . The Bishop cam steering box had me thinking it might be a bit earlier . I’m doing a mechanical restoration on one at the moment for our vintage road making displays . Can never have enough dumpers ….
